Anchal Sharma

Dr. Anchal Sharma is currently working as Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Department of Applied Sciences & Humanities, Invertis University, Bareilly. Dr. Sharma obtained her Ph.D. from Gurukula Kangri (Deemed to be University), Haridwar with specialization in clinical, applied, and social psychology.

She strives for academic excellence through effective teaching, research, and mentorship of students. Teaching strategies used by her include outcome-based teaching-learning, critical thinking, and applications of psychological theories to practical scenarios. Moreover, she is actively involved in curriculum development and student-centric academic activities.

Dr. Sharma is an active researcher who has published several research papers in peer reviewed journals, Scopus indexed journals, and UGC Care listed journals, as well as book chapters in edited volumes that reflect the latest psychological perspectives like behavioral addictions, mindfulness at work, social support perceptions, and psychology of mental health across diverse populations. In addition to this, she has also made presentations at various national and international conferences and conferences.
