As per Section 4(1) (b) of the RTI Act 2005. Information sought under the Act would be scrutinized and considered if the RTI application received by the University fulfills the critiria for the information sought and is in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the RTI Act 2005.
Invertis University has been established by Government of Uttar Pradesh vide Act No. 22 of 2010 dated 1st September, 2010 and recognized by University Grants Commision under the provisions of Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.
