Nidhi Gupta

Dr. Nidhi Gupta is an Assistant Professor and Associate Head of Department in the Department of Journalism & Mass Communication at Invertis University. She holds a Ph.D. in Journalism & Mass Communication from Invertis University, Bareilly, and completed her master’s in journalism and mass communication (MJMC) from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (DSVV), Haridwar.

She is a media professional with a rich and diverse career that spans both industry and academia. With five years of media industry experience, Dr. Gupta brings practical exposure and real-world insights into her teaching. She strongly believes that education becomes more meaningful when supported by lived professional experience, and she integrates this philosophy into her lectures, workshops, mentoring sessions, and student interactions.

Along with her academic role, Dr. Gupta is also an accomplished creative content writer and freelancer.
