Dr. Ashvani Kumar Patel is serving as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry in the Department of Applied Sciences & Humanities at Invertis University, Bareilly. He completed his M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal in 2018 and was awarded his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore in 2025. His doctoral research focused on the synthesis of value-added pyridines and pyrazolones, contributing to advancements in synthetic organic chemistry.
His research interests include synthetic organic chemistry, organocatalyzed reactions, and green chemistry, with an emphasis on developing sustainable and efficient synthetic methodologies. Dr. Patel has published seven research articles in peer-reviewed international journals, reflecting the originality and scientific relevance of his work.
He possesses strong expertise in advanced analytical and structural characterization techniques, including NMR, Single Crystal X-Ray Diffraction (SC-XRD), and High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HRMS). He is also a certified Crystallographer from Rigaku School, demonstrating specialized proficiency in crystallographic analysis.
Trained at premier institutions such as IIT and NIT, Dr. Patel has developed strong academic communication and teaching skills through departmental activities and participation in national and international conferences.
