Dr. Rajeev Singh Bhandari

Dr. Rajeev Singh Bhandari is an accomplished academician and Incubation Manager, currently serving as Associate Professor and Head of the BBA Department at Invertis University, Bareilly. A UGC-NET qualified scholar, Dr. Bhandari holds a Ph.D. in Economics, an MBA in Finance & Marketing, and an M.Com in Applied Economics.
Since 2009, he has been deeply engaged in teaching economics, strategic management, and related subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His academic interests span financial inclusion, corporate social responsibility (CSR), trade openness, and the welfare of marginalized communities, with multiple publications in reputed national and international journals. His recent research explores ancient Indian economic thought and its relevance to contemporary management practices and policy frameworks.
As an Incubation Manager, Dr. Bhandari actively mentors emerging entrepreneurs and student startups, fostering innovation, business acumen, and industry-academia collaboration within the university ecosystem.
Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, he has completed numerous SWAYAM–NPTEL certification courses and regularly participates in conferences and seminars, contributing to academic and entrepreneurial discourse.

Mr. Aman

Mr. Aman, a graduate in Automobile Engineering and currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Finance, brings both technical and managerial expertise to the incubation ecosystem. He has hands-on experience in innovative projects like car fabrication with engine swapping and founded MyGarage, a garage aggregation startup offering doorstep vehicle services.
Having worked with a DST-approved NewGen IEDC incubation centre, he has supported over 50 startups and guiding them in business strategy, finance, and market growth.

Pranay Saxena

Pranay Saxena, a 3rd-year B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) student, is a passionate advocate for innovation and entrepreneurship. As the Convenor of the Student Committee at Invertis Innovation and Incubation, he bridges the gap between students and the Center, offering mentorship, strategic guidance, and resources to foster entrepreneurial growth. In this role, Ayush also manages various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Incubation Center, streamlining processes and enhancing its efficiency.
