Discipline refers to being sincere, diligent, and a strict follower of rules and social norms. A disciplined student is a ruler of his own destiny. Discipline helps in obtaining higher goals and it is important in everyone’s life. It is my strong belief that rule breakers must be identified and counselled to improve their behavior and to put them on the right path. Discipline helps students to overcome future challenges. It is one of the most valuable assets of every student. Students who are not disciplined should be taught and encouraged to be disciplined.
