A two day workshop on “Bonsai Formation and Vertical Gardening” was successfully organized by Department of Applied Science & Humanities, Invertis University, on 18-19th October 2024
Inaugural session of the workshop was taken by eminent speaker Dr. H.R. Meena, Principal Scientist & Head, IVRI, Bareilly. The event was graced by the Vice Chancellor- Prof. Y. D. S. Arya, Dean Faculty of Science- Prof. P. P. Singh and other esteemed dignitaries of the University.
Horticulture Subject Matter Expert Dr. Ranjeet Singh, from KVK-IVRI, Bareilly, has delivered a captivating presentation and hands on training of the "Bonsai Formation" which resonated strongly with our students and faculty members. Dr. Shravan Kumar, Department of Agriculture, Invertis University, Bareilly, provided comprehensive lectures on Vertical Gardening with hands-on-training at Herbal garden of university.
The enthusiastic participation of students and faculty made it a fruitful effort inspiring for startup in area of Bonsai Formation and Vertical Gardening. The program ended with vote of thanks by the Convener – Dr Nistha Srivastav & Co-convener Dr. Shubhra Khare.
