Dr. Vivek Pandey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture at Invertis University, Bareilly. He holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut, and has qualified the ICAR-ASRB NET in 2021 and 2023. With two years of teaching experience, his academic focus lies in Agronomy with a minor in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry.
Dr. Pandey specializes in crop production, water management, weed control, and nutrient management. He has guided five postgraduate students as Chairman of the Advisory Committee and is actively involved as a member of the Board of Studies (Ph.D. Agronomy). His academic contributions include over a dozen publications and 10 popular articles.
He has participated in several national and international conferences, webinars, faculty development programs, and training sessions. His excellence in research was recognized with the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award in 2023.
