Mr. Veerendra Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture at Invertis University, Bareilly. He earned his B.Sc. in Agriculture from Acharya Narendra Dev University, M.Sc. in Agronomy from Rama University, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at IFTM University, Moradabad. He is also qualified in ASRB-NET.
With over four and a half years of teaching and research experience, Mr. Kumar’s academic interests include the effects of phosphorus and biofertilizers, weed management, and the impact of herbicides on various crops such as rice, wheat, linseed, mustard, green gram, and black gram.
He has authored more than 13 publications including journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers. As an active member of the Board of Studies (BOS), he has contributed to curriculum development for B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. programs in Agronomy at Invertis University. He regularly participates in national and international conferences, webinars, FDPs, and training programs, contributing meaningfully to teaching, research, and curriculum advancement in the field of Agronomy.
