Smriti Gupta

Ms. Smriti Gupta holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at Invertis University. She has a degree of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Kanpur University. She laid the foundation for the study of law during this period. She obtained practical exposure by doing internships with various law firms and organizations specializing in civil law, criminal law, intellectual property law, along with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and high court, Lucknow.

She became an active participant in various academic activities post-graduation, like supporting students academically and developing educational content. It enhanced her desire for involvement in academia. Subsequently, she obtained an LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property Law & Management from National Law University, Delhi. She has done dissertation and research work during this course. Further, she cleared UGC-NET in Law and proved her proficiency and eligibility for academic pursuits in the higher education sector.

Her area of academic interest includes Intellectual Property Law and modern issues in law. She is dedicated to learning, researching, and creating an academic atmosphere among students.
