Shivani Tripathi

Ms. Shivani Tripathi is a dynamic academician and Company Secretary professional committed to educational excellence and student-centered learning. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Invertis University, Bareilly, she brings a strong blend of academic insight and industry experience to her role.

She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University and has qualified the UGC-NET (Commerce) with an impressive 98.77 percentile. Additionally, she has completed the CS Professional course, further strengthening her expertise in corporate and legal domains.

Ms. Tripathi's professional journey encompasses significant experience in academia and corporate compliance, including positions at reputed institutions and Company Secretary firms in Lucknow. Her research interests include women’s socio-economic participation and corporate governance, highlighted by her publication in the Invertis Journal of Management on the socio-economic contribution of women in the Zari-Zardozi industry.

She has actively participated in several faculty development programs and certifications, including the National Capacity Building Course by IIT Madras and FDPs on Corporate Social Responsibility, NEP 2020, and sustainability practices. Her areas of expertise span Business Law, Corporate Law, Industrial Relations, and Performance Management.
