Dr. Shaheen Efrah Ali is a dedicated academician and researcher with over 15 years of experience in teaching, training, and Human Resource Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and has qualified the UGC-NET in both Management and Commerce, demonstrating strong academic credentials and multidisciplinary expertise in the field of management education.

She has developed a strong research profile with publications in Scopus-indexed, ABDC-listed, and UGC-CARE journals. Her scholarly contributions also include book chapters in edited volumes and granted patents, reflecting her commitment to innovation, research excellence, and knowledge creation.
