Rahul Kumar Sharma

Dr. Rahul Kumar Sharma is working as an Assistant Professor (Plant Pathology) in the Department of Agriculture at Invertis University, Bareilly. He holds a M.Sc. in Plant Pathology and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the same field from Aligarh Muslim University. He has qualified the ASRB-NET in both Plant Pathology and Nematology.

With four years of teaching experience, Dr. Sharma has published numerous research papers, book chapters, and review articles in NAAS-rated and Scopus-indexed journals. He is actively involved in the academic community as a lifetime member of professional bodies such as the Indian Phytopathological Society, Indian Society of Agriculture and Horticulture Research and Development, and Trends in Biosciences Journal. He also serves as a reviewer for multiple reputed journals and has received recognition for his academic contributions.

Dr. Sharma has played a significant role in organizing academic events, including serving as Convenor of an International Conference at Invertis University. He has been honored with several awards, including Best Poster Presentation and Best Research Scholar Award. His primary research interest lies in developing eco-friendly plant disease management strategies through integrated approaches that minimize chemical usage.
