Pravesh Dhyani

Dr. Pravesh Dhyani is a nuclear fusion and plasma physicist and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Sciences & Humanities at Invertis University. He earned his Ph.D. from Homi Bhabha National Institute, Mumbai, with his doctoral research conducted on the ADITYA tokamak at the Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), Gandhinagar.

With over nine years of post-Ph.D. research experience, Dr. Dhyani has worked with several prominent national and international research institutions, including the Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), ITER-India, Ulsan National Institute of Science & Technology (UNIST), South Korea, and Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic.

His research experience focuses on nuclear fusion and plasma physics, particularly magnetically confined toroidal devices. During his research career, he has worked on experimental fusion devices including KSTAR, ADITYA, GOLEM tokamaks, and the BETA device. His academic and research work contributes to the broader field of magnetic confinement and controlled nuclear fusion research.
