Mohnish Kumar

Dr. Mohnish Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Invertis University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, with more than 15 years of teaching experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. His doctoral research focused on measuring service quality in management education across government and private institutions in Uttar Pradesh. He has also qualified NTA UGC-NET in Management and was awarded the Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship by UGC during 2015–17. He holds an MBA with specialisations in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management.

His teaching and academic expertise covers Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Sales and Distribution Management, Rural Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics and Values, Business Environment, Supply Chain Management, and Research Methodology. He has taught at institutions including Invertis University, Shri Siddhi Vinayak Institute of Management, and the Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET), Lucknow.

Dr. Kumar's research interests include service quality, customer satisfaction, management education, marketing, consumer behaviour, and insurance services. He has published research papers in national and international journals and has participated in national and international conferences, workshops, Faculty Development Programmes, and research methodology programmes.

His academic responsibilities have included research guidance, project coordination, examination-related activities, curriculum work, conference organisation, editorial assignments, and student development initiatives. He has guided BBA, B.Com., and MBA projects and is also associated with Ph.D. research guidance.
