Mohnish Kumar

Dr. Mohnish Kumar is a distinguished academician with over 13 years of teaching and research experience in the field of management. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Invertis University, Bareilly, Dr. Kumar has also held academic positions at reputed institutions such as the Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow; ICCMRT, Lucknow; and Shri Siddhi Vinayak Institute of Management, Bareilly.

He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, focusing on service quality in management education. A UGC-NET qualified scholar and recipient of the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship, Dr. Kumar demonstrates a strong commitment to research and pedagogical advancement.

His teaching and research interests encompass Marketing Management, Service Marketing, Research Methodology, Retail Management, Rural Marketing, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Business Ethics. He has guided numerous students across Ph.D., MBA, BBA, and B.Com programs in their thesis and dissertations.

Dr. Kumar has an extensive publication record in reputed ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, and IEEE journals and holds two patents, underscoring his contribution to academic innovation and research. He has actively participated in curriculum development, academic audits (including NAAC processes), and managed various examination and research activities such as conference convenorship and project coordination.

A strong proponent of continuous learning, Dr. Kumar has completed multiple NPTEL certifications and participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs and national and international conferences. His approach emphasizes innovative, value-driven teaching to strengthen industry-academia linkages and nurture students' holistic development.
