Kavita

Dr. Kavita is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Invertis University, Bareilly, with academic and teaching expertise in Finance and Accounting. She was awarded her Ph.D. in the Department of Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand University, Haryana, in March 2026. She has more than five years of teaching experience at Ahir College, Rewari, Haryana.

Her academic qualifications include M.Com and MBA in Finance from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. She has also qualified CTET, HTET, and UGC-NET in Commerce. Her teaching and academic interests are centred on Finance, Accounting, and related areas of Commerce and Management.

Dr. Kavita has contributed to research through 9 publications, including 5 research papers published in Scopus-indexed journals that are also listed in the ABDC list. She has presented research articles at several national and international conferences, contributing to academic discussions in the fields of Finance, Accounting, Commerce, and Management.
