Dr. Hitendra Shukla is an accomplished academician currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Invertis University, Bareilly. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed to be University), where his doctoral research centered on "Human Resource Accounting and Disclosure Practices in Indian Companies."

He is also UGC-NET qualified and has an extensive academic background that includes an M.Phil, an M.Com in International Business, and a B.Ed. In addition, Dr. Shukla has acquired various certifications in computer applications and office automation, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and technological proficiency.

With 10 years of experience in academia, Dr. Shukla has been dedicated to mentoring students and facilitating holistic development through both classroom engagement and research supervision. His core areas of interest include human resource accounting, corporate disclosure practices, international business, and business ethics.
