Deepak Kumar Pathak

Mr. Deepak Kumar Pathak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Applications at Invertis University, Bareilly, with over 13 years of teaching experience and industry exposure in software development. He is a UGC-NET and GATE-qualified academician and contributes to academic and administrative activities as Associate HOD and End-Semester Practical Incharge.

He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Information Technology from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, with research focused on the application of machine learning techniques for land cover change prediction. He holds an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA), along with B.Ed. and B.Sc. qualifications. His academic interests include Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Data Science, GIS and Remote Sensing applications, and emerging computing technologies.

Mr. Pathak has authored 11 published research papers and one accepted/forthcoming paper in national and international journals and conference proceedings, including an IEEE conference publication. He has also presented research papers at several national and international conferences. His research and innovation activities include three patents/patent applications in the areas of Blockchain, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and smart systems.

His academic contributions extend beyond teaching and research. He has served as a Reviewer, Chief Editor, Session Chair, Conference Organizer, and Invited Speaker. He has also contributed to examination management, accreditation activities, academic coordination, research promotion, student mentoring, internship coordination, and institutional development.
