Ashal Ilyas

Ms. Ashal Ilyas is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Invertis University, with seven years of academic and research experience. She holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, where she was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. under the INSPIRE Fellowship at Invertis University.

She has taught a wide range of subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Biotechnology and Microbiology, including Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioenergetics and Metabolism, Vaccine Technology, and Analytical Techniques. With a strong focus on practical learning, she provides hands-on training in essential laboratory methods, equipping students with both conceptual knowledge and technical skills for research and industry readiness.

Her teaching approach emphasizes interactive learning, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry, enabling students to connect theoretical foundations with experimental applications.
