Department of Management

Mr. Ravi Verma is an accomplished academician with nearly 18 years of extensive experience in teaching and academic administration in the fields of Commerce and Management. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Faculty of Management, at Invertis University, Bareilly.

Prior to joining Invertis University, Mr. Verma held a significant tenure at his previous organization in Bareilly (2007–2024), where he served as Department Incharge and played an instrumental role in academic planning, national seminars, placement initiatives, and cultural events.

He holds an M.Com. With specialization in Marketing, an MBA in Finance & Marketing, and has qualified UGC-NET in Commerce. Mr. Verma has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and has evaluated B.Com. and M.Com. Courses under MJPRU, as well as taught in MBA programs affiliated with AKTU.

His research contributions include publications on employee retention, and he has actively participated in various Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and national and international seminars. Certified in Cost Accounting and Financial Management through NPTEL, Mr. Verma consistently integrates current industry practices into his teaching.

Recognized for his student-centric approach and innovative pedagogy, he emphasizes practical case studies, corporate readiness, and holistic development. His contributions were acknowledged with the Best Teacher Award (2013–14) at his previous and last organization.

Beyond academics, Mr. Verma is an enthusiastic sportsman and music lover, fostering an environment of overall growth and engagement for his students.
