Mr. Moiz is an Assistant Professor of Law at Invertis University, Bareilly. He holds an LL.M. from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), a Post Graduate Diploma in E-Learning (PGDEL) from NLSIU, Bangalore, and completed his graduation from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). He is currently pursuing his Ph.D.
Mr. Moiz believes that reading the law differs fundamentally from understanding it, and he is dedicated to cultivating insightful and analytical thinking among his students. His academic journey — spanning some of India’s premier legal institutions — has shaped his keen cognitive and critical perspective on the law and its evolving interpretations.
Beyond academia, he finds joy and purpose in poetry, writing research papers, and exploring the humanistic side of legal studies. He views law as a noble pursuit but emphasizes that the things that keep us truly alive are poetry, love, kindness, and beauty.
With his interdisciplinary approach and commitment to intellectual curiosity, Mr. Moiz inspires his students to engage deeply with legal studies and life beyond the classroom.
