.Dr. Deenbandhu Sharma is an academicians/researcher in the field of Physics with specialization in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics. Dr. Sharma has done his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, India. His Ph.D. thesis was based on the study of perovskite and oxide materials for their applications in solar cells and sensors. In his Ph.D. work, he has extensively worked on understanding the structural, optical, and electrical properties of functional materials using both experimental and numerical approaches.
Dr. Sharma holds an M.Sc. degree in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mandi, India.
Dr. Sharma is actively associated with teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr. Sharma has published five research papers in international SCI-indexed journals. Dr. Sharma has also contributed to the development of research in the area of energy materials and optoelectronic devices.
The areas of research interest of Dr. Sharma include Perovskite Materials, Oxide Semiconductors, Solar Energy Conversion, Sensors, and Numerical Modeling of Electronic Devices.
