The Department of Law, Invertis University, Bareilly, organized a Workshop on the Oxford Style of Debate on 28th October 2025. The session was coordinated and conducted by Mr. Moiz (Convenor) under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Reena Jaiswal (Dean, Faculty of Law) and Mr. Prakhar Saxena (Head, Department of Law).

The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the internationally recognized Oxford Style of Debate, which promotes structured argumentation, logical reasoning, and persuasive speaking. Mr. Moiz explained the rules, format, and techniques of effective debating, including the art of rebuttal and impactful conclusions.

The session was interactive and engaging, with students enthusiastically participating and refining their communication and analytical abilities. It served as a practical learning platform for developing essential debating and advocacy skills in the field of law.
