Workshop on Data Analytics & Report Writing – Department of B.Com
The Department of B.Com., Faculty of Management, Invertis University, Bareilly, successfully organized a hands-on workshop on “Transform Data into Powerful Reports: Data Analytics & Report Writing” on 16th March 2026 under the guidance and encouragement of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam. The workshop aimed to provide students with practical knowledge of data analytics and professional report writing, which are essential skills in today’s data-driven business environment.
The session was conducted by Dr. Mohnish Kumar, Dr. Manmohan Bansal, and Dr. Prabhat Sharma, Faculty of Management, who guided students on data handling, analysis, visualization, and preparation of effective reports for decision-making. Students learned how raw data can be converted into meaningful insights through proper analytical tools and structured reporting techniques.
The programme was organized under the guidance of Dr. Dheeraj Gandhi, Head – Department of B.Com., with the support of Prof. Manish Gupta, Dean – Faculty of Management, and witnessed active participation from students of B.Com. and B.Com.(Hons.). Student volunteers also contributed to the smooth conduct of the workshop.
The workshop proved to be highly informative and beneficial, enhancing students’ analytical ability, report writing skills, and industry readiness, and reflecting the department’s commitment to providing practical and skill-oriented learning experiences.
