The Department of BBA, Faculty of Management, Invertis University, Bareilly, organized a Web Series & Summer Internship Awareness Session on 23rd January 2026 for BBA Second Year students at Seminar Hall–1. The session was conducted under the guidance and encouragement of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam, with the objective of creating awareness about the importance of summer internships and early career planning.

The session was led by Dr. Tarun Gupta, Assistant Professor, who guided students on how internships contribute to practical learning, skill development, and professional growth. The motivational web series “Sandeep Bhaiya” was used as a medium to highlight real-life struggles, perseverance, and the importance of consistent efforts in achieving career goals.

During the interactive discussion, students raised queries related to career paths, internship opportunities, and industry expectations. They were encouraged to prepare a clear career roadmap and start working systematically toward their professional aspirations.

The university expressed sincere gratitude to Prof. Manish Gupta, Dean – Faculty of Management, and Dr. Rajeev Singh Bhandari, Head of Department (BBA) for their support in successfully organizing the session. The programme proved to be highly motivating and beneficial, helping students understand the significance of internships and proactive career planning at an early stage.
