The Department of Education, Invertis University, Bareilly, successfully organized a Scout and Guide Camp for Second Semester students under the guidance and encouragement of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam. The camp was conducted from 3rd to 7th February 2026 with the objective of fostering leadership, discipline, teamwork, and practical life skills among future educators.

The camp was organized under the supervision of Dr. Pushpkant Sharma, District Training Commissioner (Scout), Bareilly, who guided students with dedication and enthusiasm throughout the programme. Participants actively engaged in campcraft activities, knotting techniques, first-aid training, group tasks, drill practices, and community-based learning exercises.

The activities enhanced students’ physical endurance, cooperation, resilience, time management, and sense of responsibility. The camp provided valuable experiential learning beyond the classroom and strengthened character-building qualities among the participants.

Overall, the Scout and Guide Camp proved to be a highly enriching and memorable experience, reflecting the department’s commitment to holistic development and value-based education.
