Saksham Competency Series Organised By B.com Department
The Department of B.Com, Faculty of Management, Invertis University, Bareilly, organized a three-day session titled “Saksham Competency Series – From Competence to Excellence” from 6th to 8th October 2025 for B.Com (H) and B.Com (3rd Year) students. The event aimed to enhance students’ professional skills, confidence, and employability by bridging the gap between academics and industry needs.
The session was led by Mr. Ravi Verma (Assistant Professor, Faculty of Management), who emphasized self-development, communication, problem-solving, and continuous learning as keys to success. Students actively participated in discussions and learned strategies to move from competence to excellence through discipline and adaptability.
Conducted under the guidance of Dr. Dheeraj Gandhi (Head, Department of B.Com) and with the support of Prof. Manish Gupta (Dean, Faculty of Management), the event proved highly enriching. The Department extends sincere gratitude to Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Executive Director Mr. Parth Gautam for their constant encouragement and inspiration.
