Invertis University celebrated Janmashtami with a lively blend of devotion, music and cultural performances, bringing students and members of the university community together on campus.

The celebration was graced by Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam, Vice Chancellor Prof. Y. D. S. Arya, and Dean, Journalism and Mass Communication, Prof. Rajesh Sharma.

The programme featured a series of cultural presentations centred around the life and teachings of Lord Krishna. Students presented a vibrant dance performance, adding colour and energy to the celebration. A soulful bhajan-kirtan session led by Vaibhav created a devotional atmosphere and encouraged members of the audience to participate in the celebrations.

A special theatrical presentation portraying significant moments from Lord Krishna’s life was also presented during the programme. The act brought together elements of storytelling and performance to depict episodes associated with Krishna and added a traditional touch to the evening.

The outdoor celebration drew active participation from students, who joined the performances and festivities with enthusiasm. The colourful decorations, traditional attire, music and group performances created a festive setting across the campus.

The programme also provided students with an opportunity to participate in cultural activities beyond the classroom. Through music, dance and theatrical performances, students contributed to the celebration while showcasing their creativity and stage presence.

The Janmashtami celebration reflected the university’s efforts to provide students with opportunities to engage with India’s cultural traditions through campus activities. The combination of devotional music, performances and student participation made the occasion a memorable part of the university calendar.

The celebration concluded in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and devotion, with students and faculty coming together to mark the occasion of Janmashtami.
