The Department of Law at Invertis University, Bareilly, organised its first-ever Casevoxia on September 16, 2026, providing students with an academic platform to develop their skills in case commenting, legal analysis and presentation.

The event focused on helping students critically examine judicial decisions, identify key legal issues, interpret relevant legal principles and present their observations in a structured manner. Through the activity, students engaged with different aspects of legal research and analysis while developing their legal writing, reasoning, communication and public speaking skills.

Casevoxia provided students an opportunity to go beyond theoretical understanding and present their analysis of judicial decisions before an audience. The activity encouraged participants to examine cases from a legal perspective, understand the principles involved and articulate their arguments clearly.

The students participated enthusiastically and demonstrated their ability to engage critically with judicial decisions. Their presentations reflected the importance of research, structured analysis and effective communication in legal education and practice.

The programme was organised under the guidance of Dr. V. N. Sharma, HOD, Law, and Professor Dr. Reena Jaiswal, Dean, Law. Dr. Rashtra Bardhan served as the Convenor, while Mr. Prakhar Saxena was the Co-Convenor and Mr. Moiz served as the Organising Secretary.

The first edition of Casevoxia provided students with practical exposure to case analysis and presentation, while encouraging them to strengthen their confidence in communicating legal arguments. The initiative also contributed to developing critical thinking and legal research skills among students of the Department of Law.

Through academic activities such as Casevoxia, the Department of Law continues to provide students with opportunities to apply legal concepts, analyse judicial decisions and develop skills relevant to legal education and professional practice.
