Invertis University Hosts CESIM Simulation Workshop for MBA and BBA Students

Invertis University organised a CESIM Simulation Workshop on September 10, 2026, at the University Seminar Hall for MBA and BBA students. The workshop introduced students to simulation-based learning and gave them an opportunity to apply business concepts in a practical setting.
The session was attended by Prof. Y.D.S. Arya, Vice Chancellor; Prof. Manish Gupta, Dean Management; Dr. Ankita Tandon, HOD MBA; and faculty coordinator Dr. Viksit Tripathi.
The workshop was led by Mr. Rohan Jugran, Head Business Operations, CESIM India, who guided students through business simulation exercises and shared industry perspectives. The session focused on how strategic decisions can influence business performance in changing market conditions.
Students took part in activities involving strategic planning, competitive analysis, teamwork and decision-making. The simulation-based format allowed them to work through business challenges while considering market dynamics and the possible outcomes of their decisions.
For management students, the workshop offered an opportunity to move beyond theoretical concepts and work with a more practical approach to business strategy. It also encouraged students to analyse situations, collaborate with peers and make decisions in a competitive environment.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Viksit Tripathi. The workshop added an industry-oriented component to the learning experience of MBA and BBA students and provided practical exposure to business decision-making through simulation.
