The Department of Management, Invertis University, Bareilly, organized an industrial visit to Moon Beverages (Coca-Cola), Greater Noida, for MBA students with the objective of providing practical exposure to real-world manufacturing and operational practices. The visit was conducted under the guidance and encouragement of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam.

During the visit, students observed the production and can-packaging process and gained insights into quality assurance, hygiene standards, logistics, and the no-stocking supply chain model followed by the company. Officials explained strict quality control measures, including CIS chamber cleaning, pasteurization methods, and automated rejection of cans in case of defects related to shape, sealing, labeling, or temperature variation.

Students were also introduced to Coca-Cola’s diverse product range and the importance of maintaining quality, quantity, and hygiene in food and beverage manufacturing. An interactive Q&A session with company officials further enhanced students’ understanding of production processes, operational management, and industry best practices.

The industrial visit proved to be a valuable learning experience, enabling students to effectively connect management concepts with practical industry applications. The department extends sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. Manish Gupta, Dean – Faculty of Management, Dr. Ankita Tandon, HOD – MBA, and faculty members Dr. Prabhat Sharma and CFA Rakesh Sir for their support in organizing this insightful visit.
