Industrial Visit to Dabur India Ltd., Pantnagar Jointly Organised by Department of B.Com. and Corporate Resource Centre

The Department of B.Com., in collaboration with the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC), Invertis University, Bareilly organized an industrial visit to Dabur India Limited, Pantnagar, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand on 10th April 2026 for the students of B.Com. and B.Com. (Hons.). The visit was conducted under the guidance of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam, Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Y.D.S. Arya, Dean Management Prof. Manish Gupta, and Head of the Department of B.Com. Dr. Dheeraj Gandhi.
The objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to industrial operations and help them understand the application of classroom concepts in a real corporate environment. During the visit, students gained first-hand knowledge about manufacturing processes, quality control systems, packaging methods, supply chain management, safety standards, and the use of modern machinery in industry.
The visit enabled students to understand how organizations maintain efficiency, productivity, and product quality in a competitive business environment. The students showed great enthusiasm and actively interacted with industry professionals to learn about various operational and management practices followed by the company.
The university expressed sincere gratitude to the management and team of Dabur India Limited for their support and hospitality. Special thanks were conveyed to Mr. Anurodh Sharma, Senior HR, Mr. Aditya Shukla, Mr. Gopal Bahadur, Ms. Diya Mishra, and Mr. Ashish Tiwari for their valuable guidance and interaction with the students.
The efforts of the Corporate Resource Centre team, especially Mr. Chandra Shekhar and Mr. Abhishek Gangwar, were appreciated for successfully coordinating the visit. The industrial visit was accompanied by faculty members Dr. Manmohan Bansal and Dr. Ruchi Rastogi, whose support ensured a meaningful and informative learning experience for the students.
