The Department of B.Com. Faculty of Management, Invertis University, Bareilly, successfully organized an expert session titled “One Campus. One Journey. Infinite Careers” for students of B.Com. and B.Com. (Hons.). The session aimed to provide structured guidance on career planning, internships, and placement opportunities aligned with students’ academic stages. Students from all years participated enthusiastically.

The session was conducted by Mr. Chander Shekhar, Senior Manager, Corporate Resource Center (CRC), and Mr. Abhisheak Gangwar, Senior Placement Executive. It was thoughtfully designed into three segments to address the specific needs of first-year, second year, and final-year students. Final-year students received guidance on placements, employment opportunities, and higher education options, while second-year students were informed about the importance of summer internships and industry exposure. First-year students were introduced to the role of CRC and its continuous support throughout their academic journey.

On this occasion, Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam, Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam, and Vice-Chancellor Prof. Y.D.S. Arya emphasized the importance of such sessions in bridging the gap between academics and industry expectations.

The event was organized under the guidance of Prof. Manish Gupta, Dean – Faculty of Management, and Dr. Dheeraj Gandhi, Head of the Department, with active support from faculty members and student volunteers. The session proved to be highly beneficial, empowering students with clarity, confidence, and direction for their future careers.
