Educational Visit to Jodhpur High Court & Rajasthan High Court Museum

The Department of Law, Invertis University, Bareilly, organized an educational visit to the Jodhpur High Court and the Rajasthan High Court Museum, Jodhpur, on 27th January 2026 with the objective of providing law students with practical exposure to judicial functioning and an understanding of legal heritage. A total of 52 students participated in the visit, accompanied by faculty members Mr. Moiz and Ms. Alpika.
The visit was conducted under the guidance and support of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam, Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam, and Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Y. D. S. Arya, whose leadership continues to promote experiential learning and professional development. Academic coordination and support were provided by Prof. Reena Jaiswal, Dean – Faculty of Law, and Mr. Prakhar Saxena, Head, Department of Law.
At the Jodhpur High Court, students observed live court proceedings and gained firsthand insight into courtroom procedures, judicial processes, and advocacy practices, helping them relate classroom learning to real-world legal practice. The visit to the Government Museum, Jodhpur, further enriched students’ understanding of the region’s cultural, historical, and administrative heritage through exhibits and archival records reflecting the evolution of governance and legal systems.
The visit was smoothly organized and highly informative, fostering active student engagement and contributing significantly to their academic and holistic development. The department expresses sincere gratitude to the authorities of the Jodhpur High Court and the Government Museum, Jodhpur, and acknowledges the continued support of the university leadership in facilitating such meaningful academic initiatives.
