The Department of MBA organised “Brain Blitz” on 25 September 2026, providing students with an interactive platform to apply management concepts through quick thinking, communication and teamwork.

The activity was designed to strengthen students’ communication and expression skills while encouraging creative thinking, presence of mind and effective teamwork. It also focused on improving management vocabulary, conceptual understanding and students’ ability to explain ideas through simple and creative clues.

Students participated enthusiastically throughout the activity. The format required participants to think quickly, communicate clearly and work together under time constraints. Students demonstrated creativity while giving clues and showed confidence in explaining management-related concepts. The activity also encouraged active listening and helped students become more comfortable with public interaction.

The session created a competitive yet engaging learning environment. While some students were initially hesitant, their participation and confidence improved as the activity progressed. The exercise provided an opportunity to move beyond conventional classroom learning and apply concepts in a practical and enjoyable setting.

Through Brain Blitz, students strengthened their communication and presentation skills, developed quicker decision-making abilities and improved their understanding of management terminology. The activity also highlighted the importance of teamwork, coordination, active listening and clear expression in professional settings.

The programme was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Y. D. S. Arya Vice Chancellor; Prof. Manish Gupta, Dean of Management; and Dr. Ankita Tandon, HOD, MBA. Faculty Event Facilitators CFA Rakesh Gupta, Dr. Prabhat Kumar Sharma and Ms. Sakshi Saxena supported the activity, along with Dr. Viksit Tripathi, Dr. Nitesh Saxena, Ms. Tanpreet Kaur and Ms. Sukanya Chatterjee.
