Alumni Interaction on Roadmap to the Fashion World
The Department of Fashion Design organized an Alumni Interaction Session on Roadmap to the Fashion World: A Session on Skills, Industry & Future Trends on 17th November 2025, aimed at providing students with valuable exposure to industry practices, emerging trends, and the evolving future of fashion design.
The session featured Ms. Alaina Zia, distinguished alumna from the Batch of 2017, owner of Aill Creations, and former Head of the Fashion Design Department at INSD, Bareilly. She shared her professional journey, insights on current market trends, essential skills for aspiring designers, and guidance on navigating diverse career opportunities in the fashion sector. Her interaction inspired students to explore creative pathways and prepare themselves for real-world industry expectations.
The event was organized to strengthen alumni–student engagement and bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice, ensuring that students gain first-hand understanding from experienced professionals in the field.
