Two-Day Virtual Lab Workshop Organized at Invertis University

The Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Invertis University, Bareilly, in association with IIT Roorkee, conducted a two-day Virtual Lab Workshop under “National Mission on Education through ICT,” an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The session was held under the visionary guidance of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Executive Director Mr. Parth Gautam. Expert speakers from IIT Roorkee demonstrated the use of Virtual Labs and explained how scientific concepts can be understood through real-time simulations and practical applications. Students explored modern experimentation techniques and gained hands-on exposure through interactive virtual demonstrations.
The workshop highlighted the growing significance of Virtual Labs as a flexible and immersive learning tool for engineering students, helping bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world application.
Prof. (Dr.) R.K. Shukla, Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, emphasized the increasing demand for such technological skill sets and encouraged students to use virtual experimentation to enhance career readiness and innovation capabilities.
Students and faculty members from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Computer Science departments participated enthusiastically, gaining valuable insights and practical exposure.
The successful conduction of the workshop reflects Invertis University’s commitment to adopting advanced learning tools and empowering the next generation of scientific innovators.
