The Department of MBA, Faculty of Management, Invertis University, Bareilly, in collaboration with Infinity Personality Development, successfully organized Samvadita 2.0 – The Art of Dialogues on 29th October 2025. The event aimed to enhance students’ public speaking, analytical thinking, and spontaneous debating skills through a Flip Debate format, where participants were required to argue both for and against the motion on the spot.

The competition featured diverse topics related to current social, economic, and global issues, encouraging participants to think critically and present structured arguments with confidence and clarity. The dynamic format tested their adaptability, presence of mind, and ability to communicate persuasively under time constraints.

Ms. Bhavna Juneja, Global CEO of Infinity, served as the judge for the session and commended the students for their confidence, logical reasoning, and impactful delivery. The best performers were awarded trophies and special recognition prizes for their exceptional debating skills and spontaneity.

The event reflected the department’s commitment to nurturing communication excellence, leadership, and intellectual agility among management students.

The Department extends heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Executive Director Mr. Parth Gautam for their continuous motivation and support, and to Prof. (Dr.) Manish Gupta, Dean, Faculty of Management, and Dr. Ankita Tandon, Head, Department of MBA, for their guidance in making the event a resounding success.
