One-Week FDP on Artificial Intelligence for Research and Academic Writing Excellence

The Faculty of Science, Invertis University, Bareilly, is set to organize a One-Week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Research and Academic Writing Excellence” from 6th to 11th July 2026. The programme aims to empower faculty members, researchers, and academicians with advanced knowledge and practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in teaching, research, academic writing, data analysis, and scientific communication.
The FDP is being organized under the patronage of Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam, with guidance from Vice-Chancellor Prof. Y.D.S. Arya, Registrar Mr. Santosh Kumar, and Dean, Faculty of Science, Prof. P.P. Singh.
The programme will feature distinguished experts including Dr. Nikhil Kumar Rajput (Ramanujan College, University of Delhi), Prof. Pratyoosh Shukla (Banaras Hindu University), and Dr. Kaushal Sharma (Forensic Science Laboratory, Ghaziabad). Sessions will cover Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI-assisted content creation, academic integrity, quantitative and qualitative research, literature review, scientific writing, grant proposal development, science communication, and AI applications in research and laboratory work.
The FDP is expected to provide participants with valuable insights into leveraging Artificial Intelligence for enhancing research productivity, academic excellence, and innovation-driven learning. The programme is being convened by Dr. Swapnil Gurrani, with Mr. Satyam Srivastav as Co-Convener, under the coordination of the Faculty of Science, Invertis University.
