One-Day Workshop on “Moot Court Skills, Etiquette, and Memorial Drafting”

The Faculty of Law, Invertis University, Bareilly, organized a One-Day Workshop on “Moot Court Skills, Etiquette, and Memorial Drafting” on 30th October 2025. The workshop aimed to equip law students with practical advocacy skills essential for moot court competitions and professional legal practice.
The session was conducted by Advocate Abhinay Singh Rathore, who shared valuable insights on courtroom conduct, oral advocacy, drafting memorials, and preparing structured legal arguments. Students from first and second year actively participated in discussions and demonstrations, gaining hands-on experience in drafting and presentation techniques.
The Faculty extends heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam, Executive Director Mr. Parth Gautam, and Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Y.D.S. Arya for their constant support. Appreciation is also extended to Prof. (Dr.) Reena Jaiswal (Dean), Mr. Prakhar Saxena (HOD), and Mr. Moiz (Convenor) for their efforts in organizing this enriching workshop.
The workshop proved highly beneficial, strengthening students’ legal reasoning, drafting ability, and confidence in courtroom advocacy.
