The Department of BBA, Faculty of Management, Invertis University, organized a Live Project Visit to Temptations, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, under the guidance of Dr. Rajeev Singh Bhandari. The visit aimed to provide students with firsthand exposure to the entrepreneurial journey of the brand’s owner and real-world business operations. Students gained meaningful insights into the retail and food industry, including customer service, quality management, operational processes, and day-to-day business challenges. The experience allowed them to connect theoretical learning with practical application, enhancing their understanding of how successful businesses maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Department extends sincere gratitude to Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Executive Director Mr. Parth Gautam for their continuous support and encouragement, which make such experiential learning initiatives possible at Invertis University.
