The Department of Agriculture, Invertis University, Bareilly had organized a study tour to Fro-Star Pvt. Ltd. on April 20, 2026, for M.Sc. Food Technology and M.Sc. Agronomy students under the supervision of Hon'ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Hon'ble Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam.

Students were made aware of the processing of various vegetable varieties, such as peas, carrots, cabbage, onions, broccoli, and capsicum through IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology. Experts from the industry elaborated on the entire process of processing vegetables, including washing, sorting, chopping, blanching, freezing, and packaging methods adopted in the frozen food sector.

In addition, the CEO of the company, Mr. Raghav Bansal, along with the management members, briefed students on various topics, including branding, marketing, and supply chain management. Students got practical industry-based information.

This industrial visit was supervised by Dr. Devraj Singh and Dr. Ajeet Rana. Invertis University is highly grateful to the management of Fro-Star Pvt. Ltd. for their cooperation and support in making the industrial tour a success.
