The Invertis Institute of Pharmacy, under the aegis of Invertis University, Bareilly, successfully organized a six-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) from 14th July to 19th July 2025 on the theme “Enhancing Teaching Skills, Research Capabilities and Overall Professional Development.” This comprehensive and intellectually stimulating program witnessed the active participation of faculty members, research scholars, and academic professionals from various institutions across the region. The objective of the FDP was to empower educators with modern pedagogical strategies, strengthen their research competence, and support their continuous professional growth in alignment with global academic standards.
The program featured a dynamic blend of expert lectures, interactive workshops, and hands-on training sessions. The event was graced by several renowned experts who shared their rich experience and insights through lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions. Key resource persons included Dr. Amit Kumar Verma, Associate Professor at MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, and Dr. Gopal Lal Khatik, Associate Professor at NIPER, Lucknow, both of whom delivered impactful sessions on research methodology and pharmaceutical innovations. Prof. Pawan Kumar Gautam, Professor and Head, Government College of Pharmacy, Agra, and Prof. Ashwani Kumar, Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar, enlightened participants on advanced pedagogical techniques and evolving trends in pharmaceutical education. The inaugural and valedictory sessions were honored by the presence of Prof. Y.D.S. Arya, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Invertis University, who emphasized the importance of continuous faculty upskilling and institutional academic excellence.
