The Department of BBA, Faculty of Management, Invertis University, facilitated student participation in the three-day Capacity Building Programme for Startups on Labour Law Compliance, Regulatory Preparedness, and the Future of Work, held from 17th to 19th September 2025. The initiative was supported and mentored by Ms. Shivani Tripathi, enabling students to gain valuable exposure to emerging industry requirements and regulatory frameworks. Organized by the V.V. Giri National Labour Institute (VVGNLI)—an autonomous body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India—the programme offered practical insights into labour regulations, compliance essentials, and evolving workforce dynamics in the startup ecosystem. Participation in this national-level programme strengthened the Department’s commitment to experiential learning, helping students bridge academic knowledge with real-world industry practices. The Department extends heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Executive Director Mr. Parth Gautam for their continuous encouragement and visionary support in promoting such impactful learning opportunities.
