The Department of B.Com. Invertis University, Bareilly, successfully organized an Alumni Connect Programme titled “Boardroom Secrets: What Really Happens Inside a Company” on 21st January 2026. The programme aimed to provide students with practical exposure to real-world corporate functioning through interaction with a distinguished alumnus.

The session was delivered by CS Divyansh Bhardwaj, B.Com. (Hons.) Batch 2018–2021, currently working as Associate Analyst – Transaction Advisory at EY India. He shared valuable insights into boardroom dynamics, corporate strategy, financial advisory roles, and professional challenges in large organizations. Emphasizing internships, ethical decision-making, and continuous learning, the session effectively bridged academic knowledge with industry practices.

The programme was appreciated by Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Umesh Gautam and Pro-Chancellor Mr. Parth Gautam, who reaffirmed the university’s commitment to strengthening alumni engagement and industry–academia collaboration. The interactive discussion motivated students and proved to be an enriching learning experience.
