Roles and Responsibilities:
Review student files based on a specified checklist to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage and coordinate scholarship processes related to both state and central government schemes.
Liaise with external departments such as the District Social Welfare Office and Higher Education Department for administrative requirements.
Maintain and update caste-wise student data for reporting to UGC and AISHE.
Enter student admission data into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
Organize and maintain student-related documents, including applications and fee receipts.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation to external authorities (e.g., Master Data, campus information, course listings, and fee structures).
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Dispatch suspension letters to students and ensure all related notices are properly documented.
Address student queries and grievances in a courteous and professional manner.
Systematically file new admission forms, assign serial numbers, and ensure proper binding and documentation.
