Mr. Tej Bhan Singh is a dedicated academician and research scholar in the Department of Agriculture at Invertis University. With a strong foundation in science and technology, he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. while actively contributing to teaching and research activities. His academic and research work is centered on food processing and extrusion technology, with a particular emphasis on the development, optimization, and characterization of nutritionally fortified cereal- and millet-based food products.
