Ms. Priyanka Pathak is a motivated and research-oriented faculty member who currently holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Invertis University. Currently, she is working towards her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior at Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar, which shows her strong desire to excel in the academic world through research.
She has scored an outstanding 99 percentile in UGC-NET Management, which proves her high competency in the subject of management, excellent analysis, and academic skills.
Ms. Pathak is an amalgamation of both academic and corporate experience; she holds more than 3 years of experience as an academician and 2.5 years of corporate experience in total. Before joining Invertis University, she worked with SDNB Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai, India. Her corporate experience helps her to understand better the dynamics of organizational behavior and human resources and also enables her to give corporate knowledge to her students.She loves making the classroom environment interactive and effective for learning and growing.
