Prabhat Kumar Sharma

Dr. Prabhat Kumar Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Invertis University, Bareilly. He holds a Ph.D. from Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed to be University), Agra, where his doctoral research focused on the valuation of start-ups and their contribution to value creation within India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. He is UGC-NET qualified and was awarded the prestigious Doctoral Fellowship by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), showcasing his commitment to academic excellence and advanced research.

Dr. Sharma's teaching expertise covers a wide range of subjects, including Operations Research, Quantitative Analysis, Financial Accounting, Income Tax, and Computerised Accounting. His pedagogical approach is rooted in integrating research with classroom learning, fostering critical thinking, and encouraging practical applications among students.

He has actively presented papers at numerous national and international conferences and was recognized with the Best Paper Award at the 12th International Conference on Business and Management organized by the University of Delhi. His research interests include start-up ecosystems, fintech innovations, and the performance evaluation of financial sectors.

Beyond teaching, Dr. Sharma is dedicated to supervising student research projects, curriculum development, and organizing workshops and academic enrichment programs. Technically proficient in SPSS, SmartPLS, R, and Power BI, he integrates data-driven insights into his teaching and research activities.
