Dr. Niru Kushwaha is an accomplished academician currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Invertis University, Bareilly. She holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics and brings with her 16 years of rich teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Her extensive international teaching experience includes positions in government universities in Ethiopia, as well as academic roles in Papua New Guinea and at Southern Cross University, Australia.
Dr. Kushwaha has a strong research background and has authored the book "Democracy for Economic Development," reflecting her deep interest in the intersection of economic growth and governance. Her primary research interests lie in environmental economics, sustainable development, and poverty alleviation — areas in which she continues to actively publish and contribute scholarly insights.
